Directions:
Add 1.5gm of WEIGHT MANAGEMENT to 200ml water steaming briskly (175-180°). Let it boil for 3-4 mins. Strain, Smile, Sip and FEEL GOOD!
If you are using a tea infuser then let it steep for 4-5 mins
