Preserving the pickle
To preserve Khatti Keri Mustard Pickle, Mustard oil is poured to cover till the top of the pickle. Since there are no artificial preservatives used in our products, enough amount of oil and salt helps them achieve its shelf life of a year. After the pickle is completely ready for use, we keep the pickles stored in those clay pots, to preserve the freshness until dispatch.
Small batches
Once the pickle has been resting for at least a week in those clay pots, we pack them in bottles and then they are ready to be dispatched. We make everything in small batches because we want to keep the flavour of the product as fresh as possible. Traditional condiment that is a true rendition of the homemade mango pickle, Khatti Keri Mustard Pickle!
