Makhana Raita: It is a very simple dish to give a variation to normal raita. Just mix up this makhana peri peri in a bowl of yogurt and enjoy.
Makhana Aloo Tikki: Combine boiled aloo and makhana peri peri then pan fry both sides till it becomes crunchy.
Aloo Matar Makhana Sabji: When mixed up with regular aloo-matar sabji, makhana adds crunchy bites.
